Amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) by adding school police officers and county park police officers to the definition of "police officer". The bill also adds a county park police department to definition of "police department." Additionally, the bill provides for automatic certification for county park police. Lastly, the bill adds provisions for their training and education.
