Clarion County Sheriff William Peck III welcomes Deputy Sheriff Andy Cozad (left) back to the county. Cozad recently completed a 10-month tour of duty in Iraq for the Army Reserves. Cozad served at Camp Bucca with the 400th Military Police Battalion under the 42nd Military Police Brigade. Members of the sheriff’s department and county courthouse employees and officials were on hand to welcome Cozad back. The sheriff’s department provided Cozad with a lunch in his honor at the courthouse to thank him for his service to the nation and the county.
