“Pennsylvania is very fortunate to have a Sheriff serve in the leadership of the National Sheriffs’ Association,” said Monroe County Sheriff Todd A. Martin, President of the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association.  “Denny has proven his leadership abilities within our state association, and those qualities are being recognized on the national level.”

Before becoming an NSA Executive Committee member, Rickard served on the NSA Board for the past six years as a member of the Legislative Affairs and Endorsement committees. He is also a former chair of the NSA Educational Foundation.

In addition, Sheriff Rickard is the current Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association and serves on the Research Advisory Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
